We’re on the hunt for a passionate and energetic Business Developer to join our crew.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the charge: Generate new leads by reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media. Build a robust pipeline that keeps our sales engine running.
  • Qualify like a pro: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and fit for our solutions. You’ll know a good opportunity when you see it.
  • Do your homework: Research key decision-makers and understand their business challenges and goals to tailor your approach.
  • Collaborate and conquer: Work closely with our commercial/sales and marketing teams to fine-tune lead generation strategies.
  • Follow up like a boss: Keep the conversation going with leads through consistent follow-up across various channels.
  • Keep it organized: Log every interaction and update lead info in our CRM. Data integrity is key to keeping things moving.
  • Crush your goals: Meet and exceed your daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Are a natural “hunter” with an unstoppable drive to win.
  • Shipping enthusiasts are always welcomed.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus, especially in SaaS or tech.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and an intuitive understanding of client needs.
  • Are comfortable using CRM software (like Pipedrive) and other sales tools.
  • Bring a positive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset to everything you do.
  • Have a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to hitting (and exceeding) targets.

Where you’ll work:

This role is remote, but we’d love for you to be in Finland (or Toronto, Canada). You’ll need an EU passport or a valid work permit for Finland or Canada.
