At Seaber, our mission isn’t just to build groundbreaking maritime technology – it’s also to create a thriving, supportive workplace that puts the well-being of our employees first. Over the past five years, we’ve taken deliberate steps to ensure our team has everything they need to succeed and feel supported. One of the key ways we’re doing this is by enhancing our healthcare services and expanding our team with diverse talent from around the world.

We believe that a healthy team is a happy team.

This year, Seaber made investments in adding more healthcare services for our employees, ensuring they have access to the care they need when they need it. 

Employee health, both physical and mental, is crucial to our collective success. Our newly enhanced healthcare services include:

  • Comprehensive health insurance covering a wider array of services.
  • Better access to mental health professionals to help employees manage stress, anxiety, and overall mental wellness.
  • Remote healthcare options to provide care for our global team members, no matter where they are located.

By prioritizing these services, we aim to reduce the stress and burden that healthcare concerns can bring, allowing our employees to focus on their passions and contributions at work.

Building a diverse, global team

Seaber's commitment to employee well-being extends beyond healthcare to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. Over the past five years, we are proud to have maintained an exceptionally low turnover rate, with only three employees leaving the company. This speaks volumes about the supportive culture we’ve built, where employees feel valued and supported.

In addition, our team continues to grow. This year alone, we have hired eight talented individuals from around the world, further enriching our company with a range of perspectives and experiences. Our team is no longer just from Finland – we’re a global company with employees hailing from different regions and cultures, each contributing their unique insights to our work.
