Next up in our employee introductions is Dzmitry Zhukouski, our skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer, who joined Seaber in May 2025.
When Dzmitry first heard about Seaber, he was excited about the opportunity to connect code with the real world. After years of building data-driven systems where results often lived in spreadsheets, dashboards, and abstract models, he was excited to see his work move beyond coefficients and into tangible operations. The idea of optimizing real-world maritime logistics, improving efficiency across complex networks, and contributing to emissions reduction through smarter decision-making made the move an easy one.
Before joining Seaber, Dzmitry worked as a Full-Stack Developer on a leading online personal finance platform, building data-driven features and comparison tools that helped users make smarter financial decisions. He later contributed to projects within a global management consulting firm, focusing on risk modeling and strategic decision-making systems.
Dzmitry began his career as a Frontend Developer in institutional financial services, where he crafted high-performance interfaces for asset management solutions, laying the groundwork for his strong product mindset and technical versatility.
Across each role, one theme remained constant: turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. At Seaber, that same expertise now helps transform maritime logistics into smarter, more sustainable operations.
Outside of work, Dzmitry is driven by curiosity and exploration. He loves traveling to places that offer unique cultures, landscapes, and fresh perspectives. Hiking and kayaking give him a chance to disconnect and challenge himself physically while staying close to nature. And when it’s time to slow down, you’ll likely find him immersed in sci-fi or fantasy novels exploring big ideas and alternative futures.
