The Seaber team has yet another new member: Meet Ramon Lagrand. Ramon joins us with a key role that is central to our mission: client onboarding. Ramon's primary responsibility is ensuring our valued clients' seamless onboarding. His work starts with setting up the Seaber process to be efficient and robust, ensuring it can easily scale to accommodate new clients and the growing Seaber team.

Ramon believes in a collaborative and client-centric approach to onboarding. The process begins by planning the onboarding journey together with our clients, ensuring that their unique needs and preferences are carefully considered. Ramon drives the system’s setup, making sure it aligns seamlessly with the client's requirements.

In an ever-evolving landscape, Ramon's expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our operations, optimizing client experiences, and facilitating the integration of new clients, as well as new team members. His dedication to excellence aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering top-tier services to our clients.

Before joining Seaber in late 2022 he worked for Veson Nautical as a consultant for over a decade, implementing the ERP system IMOS/VIP for new clients. This experience will help him with onboarding new Seaber clients, since the majority of them are using the IMOS/VIP system. In the following years, he was involved in many different IT projects in other industries in varying roles as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager. Ramon is happy to be back in the shipping industry.

Ramon’s hobbies include travelling and beekeeping. The most exciting places he has visited are Guatemala, Honduras, Japan, and the Azores. Inspired by Morgan Freeman he started keeping a few beehives in his backyard and harvests the surplus honey and propolis. Some of the honey is mixed with the propolis to create a powerful yet natural mix to boost one's health. Ramon is a big fan of bitcoin and loves to explain it to anyone in great detail.
